It's so easy to flick on the TV or radio for some background noise. Next time you reach for that red button, try making the most of your time and listen to a Podcast! I listen to Podcasts when driving, cooking, cleaning the house and commuting. I love it. Not only am I using my time efficiently (like not procrastinating if something catches my attention on the TV!), but I'm learning something too - and I love learning!
