We've created this course to assist with your everyday breathing!

Maybe you've experienced some breath practices in a studio yoga class, or maybe you're just keen to dip your toes into the pranayama waters.. well, this 14-day course is a great place to start your breathing journey.

Over the 14 days, you'll receive a new breath practice to learn, sit with and embellish in your own way each day, really allowing you to understand its purpose, its complexities, its nuances, its offerings and what it means and how it feels to you.
Short videos, long term experiences
Together, we'll spend some time running through each practice – each video only about 5-10 minutes long – and then for the rest of the day, I invite you to come back to it, have a play and practice in your own time, and see how it feels.
The beauty with this course is once you've watched the video, it's yours to keep, so you can learn, play and come back to the basics I teach in these videos, if you need.
What to expect
From your yoga class basics like ujjayi and nadi shodana, to complex kryias, these are some our favourite and go-to breath practices that we each work with in our own practice, and find sprinkled throughout our yoga classes.
