Radiant's chief yogi, Danielle Joan Pollock, made an appearance on The House of Wellness with Mel Doyle and Shane Crawford, sharing a few yoga poses that you can do at home. Whilst it was more chaos than calm, we made our way through a few shapes and had a bit of fun at the same time!
