With access to our Pose Lab tutorials to get you started, each stage of the 4-Part Course takes your through a different area of a yoga asana practice, so you'll learn what foot goes where, any why!
Also included is access to some of our regular online Slow Flow and Yin classes, so you have the chance to continue to learn.
Bonus, this course also includes tutorials on some of our favourite breathing practices, pranayama. A yoga practice isn't just about the shapes we make on the mat, breathing, meditation and more all play a significant role in our yoga practice, which you'll of course learn along the way!
