2020 has been a year for the books.
All the feels were experienced this year, and as Christmas and the New Year approaches, it's important to take time to pause and reflect

How can you move more fluently into 2021 without the drags of 2020 holding you back?
Over 3 weeks, we'll spend Thursday evenings together, slowly moving, meditating, manifesting and bringing yourself back into the spotlight.
Each week we'll take the time to reflect upon what we've learned throughout the year in order to discover what's truly important and hold ourselves with high regard.

In this course, we'll:
learn more about our Yin and Restorative practices so we can slow the body down and listen to our innermost needs
learn to meditate in a way that supports your mind and body together
work with mantras and manifest our goals for 2021
create self-care and gratitude practices that suit your individual needs to naturally carry through into the new year
learn to breathe again - 2020 has not been kind to the natural way we breathe
receive a workbook manual with all the practices and learnings included
receive access to all the session recordings to watch back in your own time
Why a course, and not just a one-off workshop?
Well, when it comes to doing the work, it comes to doing the work. A little accountability goes a long way with self-care practices, especially when starting. By way of committing yourself to the weekly event and collectively doing the work, you're giving yourself the best chance of these practices becoming second nature to you.
Can I complete this course online?
Absolutely! If there's one thing that 2020 has taught us is location shouldn't hold us back.
Each session will be broadcast live so you can join in online at home, safe and sound.
The sessions will also be recorded for you to watch back any time, even if you've joined us in the studio - because sometimes it doesn't sink in straight away, and reflecting on the reflection is essential.
Please note there are only 17 in-studio places available - there are options below to book for the in-studio experience or at-home experience.
Feeling too busy or overwhelmed for something like this right now?
Well, then course is perfect for you. Sometimes to create the time we need, we just need to make the time. It's as simple as that.
In these sessions we'll learn where we need to apply and what's worth our time, so by dedicating a little space to yourself each week you'll discover how to productively manage your time to support your mental health.
Can I attend just one or two sessions?
In order to make the most of this course and setting yourself well for 2021, we recommend attending all three.
If you can only make one or two sessions live, you can watch back in your own time - we recommend putting this time into your diary to ensure you stick to the plan, life can get in the way!
I'm in - what do I need to bring?
Great! Please bring your yoga mat, and a cushion or bolster, maybe even a blanket. Right now we are BYO only at the studio, so please keep this in mind when packing your yoga gear bag!
A journal and a pen may will be very handy as well.
How long will I have access to the recordings?
As long as you need - they're yours to continue to reflect on as needed. The course that keeps giving!
