We just love having you as part of our little community! 

On this page you'll find all the helpful information you need to know about your Membership, plus all the little added perks we like to throw in along the way.

Helpful Membership Information


Workshops & Events

Perks, perks perks! 

As a Member, you now receive discounts on our workshops, events, and trainings. 

You'll also receive invites to special Member Only events or classes. 

Keep an eye out for your Member Only communications for all the details - be sure to keep the email out of your Junk Folder! 


Store your Mat

If you prefer to practice on your own mat (placed on top of our sticky mats for extra comfort), you're welcome to now store your mat at the studio in the storage area.


Please note, while the studio is always secure outside of class times, RSY is not responsible for personal belongings left behind, so please keep this in mind.


Please have your name on it and best to have a strap around it too! Things can get messy if not!

Ending your Membership

We know - all good things must come to an end, we can't fight it.


If you're on a Month Direct Debit Membership and our time together needs to end due to any reason whatsoever, please let us know here, no questions.


Each monthly cycle is paid for in advance, so your membership will end on the last date you're paid up to. Alway factor payment cycles into ending your Membership. 

There are no refunds for 3, 6, or 12 Month Memberships, however, if you are needing to break your Contract early due to unforeseen circumstances please contact us to discuss.

Pausing your Membership

Depending on your Membership type, you can pause your Membership if you're away for more than a week and max a month.

  • Monthly Direct Debit Members can pause up to 3 times a year.

  • 3 Month Members can pause once during the 3 months.

  • 6 Month Members can pause twice during the 6 months.

  • 12 Month Members can pause 3 times during the 12 months. 

Simply email us here with your away dates and we'll lock it in. Please give us a week's notice.

Lockers and Clear Space

Lockers are provided for all personal items during your class.


We do recommend you use them to keep the space around your mat clear - clear space, clear mind.

Phones are not permitted in the studio during class, it's our way of making sure you get the most out of your class, with your full attention inside the Loft, and not life outside the studio.


Radiant Businesses

As a member, if you run your own business or have a little side hustle going on, you're welcome to showcase it on our Radiant Business page. 

Within our little community there are oh so many interesting businesses or handy people to know, so we want to help spread the word. 

This business page is public, and as we receive 100s of hits to our website everyday, it's a way of helping get your name out there too. 

If you'd like to be part of this, please fill out this form. We're in the process of putting this together, but we'll launch it very soon. 

Publishing businesses on the Radiant website is at the discretion of Radiant Sol.

Regular Bookings

Booking consecutive classes through MindBody will help you maintain your regular practice and ensure you secure a mat for the class. 

For ease of booking, try the MindBody app, you can download that here, search for Radiant Sol, save us as your favourite and book on the go! 

If you're unable to make it the class you've booked into, always cancel out via MindBody at least an hour prior to avoid no show or late cancel fees and allow the mat to open up for another eager yogi.


Studio Rules

In order to help our classes start on time, late cancels and no shows have fees attached to them.


If you can't make it, be sure to cancel out of the class at least an hour beforehand to avoid any extra charges.


There is a $10 no show fee and a $5 late cancel fee. These fees will be deduced from your stored cc. 

Also, if you're running late and the door is closed, unfortunately, you've missed the class start time.
